Return Policy

If you wish to cancel you order prior to delivery we can issue you a full refund.  We refund  in the same manner as original transactions (ie through DPS facility to the same credit card)


Goods Returned for Credit/Refund

 The Light Bulb Shop will accept the return of goods which are in the same

Condition as when they were dispatched to you.


Returning Goods

The Light Bulb Shop will accept goods returned within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Stating the invoice number and providing they are in the same condition as when They were dispatched to you.  Goods which have the packaging damaged or modified in anyway will not be accepted.

Freight charges for returned goods are at the purchases expense.

When your order arrives you should check for shortages or damaged goods. Claims for shortages or damaged goods should be made within 48hours of receipt of the order.
Claims for damages or shortages made after 48hours will be refused.

On receipt of the goods we will refund/credit you within 14days to your credit card or your nominated account. Should the goods be returned as faulty we will also refund the freight.
